There are numerous data providers and consultants that can provide environmental advice and ‘off the shelf’ reports. Whilst useful in their context, these screening type reports can often raise more questions than they answer. We are experienced at advising clients on the significance of environmental risk and implications for future development using a wide variety of data sources. We are experienced environmental surveyors with over 50-years of combined experience working for leading property and large engineering businesses. Clients often require professional coordination of multidisciplinary teams, including; asbestos, building surveying, flood risk, ground investigation, utility and topographical surveying, etc. We can prepare technical specifications, manage competitive tender exercises, undertake tender appraisals, deal with consultant appointments and manage all outputs.
